Who is 'Meat the Chef'?
It’s been 10 years since Meat the Chef (aka Christian George) swapped his 3 AA Rosettes for an AA road map.
MTC has been serving up Korean fried chicken sandwiches from his stealth-looking matte black food truck all across Sussex, Kent, and Surrey, and has built a legion of loyal lovers of his “cut above the rest” street fare.
It’s little wonder he knows his way around a well-built burger, having previously been called up to cook a state banquet for none other than Her late Majesty the Queen—although we’re told that she asked for something a little more fancy than the humble chicken sando.
Those who frequent his regular spots have become accustomed to the signature sauces that he makes in-house, and those sauces are now available to take home!
